HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

To return an order, sign in to your account on our website.

Go to your orders, select the order, and submit a return request once it has been delivered.

Choose the reason and submit.
We will review and process it.


HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

To request an exchange, contact us via Instagram at @corentn.eg or email:

Include your order number and the reason for the exchange.


CONDITIONS

Items must meet the following:

Tags attached
Original packaging intact
No signs of wear or use

If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted.


RETURN WINDOW

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.


PROCESS

Once your request is submitted, it will be reviewed.

If approved, a courier will collect the items from your address.


FEES

Returns are free.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges are free for the first request.


REFUNDS

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

Cash on delivery orders are refunded via Instapay or issued as a voucher.
Card payments are refunded to the same card.


TIMELINE

Once the return is approved and items are verified, you will receive a confirmation.

Refunds are processed within a few days depending on your bank or provider.
