How to Return an Order

To return an order, sign in to your account on our website.
Go to your orders, select the relevant order, and submit a return request once it has been delivered.

Choose the reason for your return and submit the request. We will review and process it.


How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, contact us via Instagram at @corentn.eg or email:

Include your order number and the reason for the exchange.


Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Items must meet the following conditions:

  • Tags must be attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • No visible signs of wear or use

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.


Return and Exchange Process

Once your request is submitted, it will be reviewed.

If approved, a courier will be arranged to collect the items from your address.


Fees

Returns are free.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges are free for the first request.


Refund Method

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Cash on delivery orders will be refunded via Instapay or issued as a voucher for online use
  • Card payments will be refunded to the same card

Refund Timeline

Once the return is approved and items are verified in perfect condition, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds are processed within a few days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
